Streszczenie
Długowieczne i samodzielne życie człowieka wiąże się z funkcjami, które mają charakter nie tylko fizjologiczny, ale także psychospołeczny i środowiskowy. W pracy opisano funkcję żucia – czynność integrującą układ stomatognatyczny, mózg i relacje społeczne.
