Aby wykonać nową pracę protetyczną należy usunąć stare uzupełnienie z zachowaniem, jak największej ilość tkanek zęba filarowego, a następnie wykonać i osadzić nowe licówki.

Abstract
At a time when aesthetics, symmetry and the appropriate color of a smile are becoming a more and more discussed topic, patients often come to the office to improve their natural teeth. Patients who have previously made porcelain veneers sometimes want to have them, improving their shape and color. In order to update the new prosthetic reconstruction, the old restoration should be removed while preserving as much of the abutment tooth tissue as possible in order to perform and cement the new veneers. The paper presents the case of a patient who came to replace ceramic veneers mounted on teeth 11, 21 and 22. An Er, Cr:YSGG laser was used to remove the veneers. The abutment teeth were not damaged during the procedure. After the veneers were removed, optical scans were made and sent to the Art Technika studio. The new veneers are made of IPS E. Max. The veneers were cemented with adhesive cement. The abutment teeth are still alive, the patient does not feel any postoperative hypersensitivity.
