Streszczenie
Lasery diodowe o długości fali 810 nm znajdują szerokie zastosowanie w stomatologii. Dzięki swoim właściwościom są chętnie wykorzystywane w leczeniu endodontycznym. Umożliwiają one skuteczniejszą dezynfekcję kanałów oraz delty korzeniowej, nawet zębów z rozległymi zmianami okołowierzchołkowymi. Ponadto lasery te działają przeciwbólowo, przeciwzapalnie i stymulująco na leczone tkanki okołowierzchołkowe. W pracy opisano dwa przypadki leczenia endodontycznego z wykorzystaniem lasera o długości fali 810 nm.

Abstract
Diode lasers that have wavelength of 810nm have been used in many fields of dentistry. Due to their properties they are willingly used in root canal treatment and allow more effective disinfection of the endodontium (even teeth with extensive periapical lesions). In addition, lasers have analgesic, anti-inflammatory and stimulating impact on treated tissues. Following paper describes cases of endodontic treatment using laser therapy.
