Streszczenie
Artykuł omawia złożoną problematykę możliwości i ograniczeń wykonania napraw istniejących rekonstrukcji kompozytowych oraz ceramicznych. Na podstawie piśmiennictwa i doświadczeń własnych autor przedstawia argumenty oraz wskazania przemawiające za stosowaniem metod klinicznych umożliwiających przedłużenie żywotności zębów oraz wykonanych rekonstrukcji.

Abstract
The article discusses the complex issues of the possibilities and limitations of repairing existing composite and ceramic reconstructions. Based on the literature and own experience, the author presents arguments and indications for the use of clinical methods to extend the life of the teeth and reconstructions.
