Wypełnienia klasy I wydają się łatwe – każdego dnia lekarze dentyści na całym świecie wykonują ich tysiące. Nie zawsze jednak są one wykonywane właściwie. Na każdym etapie postępowania istotne znaczenie mają szczegóły: sposób opracowania ubytku, wygładzenia brzegów, wytrawienia tkanek twardych, zastosowany system łączący i metoda jego aplikacji, sposób nakładania warstw i polerowania. W artykule opisano opracowanie i wypełnienie ubytku klasy I w zębie 27 z wykorzystaniem nowoczesnych metod i materiałów.
Abstract
Class I fillings seem easy, dentists around the world perform thousands of them every day. However, they are not always done properly. Details at every stage of the procedure are important: cavity preparation, smoothing of the edges, method of etching hard tissues, bonding system and its application method, method of applying layers and polishing. The article describes the procedure for preparation and filling of a class I cavity on tooth 27, taking into account current methods and materials.
