Multiple recession coverage with modified coronally advanced flap and subepithelial connective tissue graft after cemento-enamel junction reconstruction – case report

Streszczenie
Recesje dziąsłowe stanowią powszechny problem w praktyce klinicznej, ponieważ mogą prowadzić do pogorszenia estetyki uzębienia, występowania nadwrażliwości zębiny oraz sprzyjać powstawaniu ubytków próchnicowych i niepróchnicowych. Złotym standardem w leczeniu recesji dziąsłowych jest wykorzystanie techniki dokoronowego przesunięcia płata z autogennym przeszczepem podnabłonkowej tkanki łącznej. W pracy przedstawiono przypadek leczenia mnogich recesji dziąsłowych z zasosowaniem zmodyfikowanej techniki płata przesuniętego dokoronowo wg Zucchelliego i De Sanctisa.
 
Abstract
Gingival recessions occur commonly in daily practice and are of significant importance as they may lead to compromised aesthetics, dentin hypersensitivity as well as lead to carious and non-carious lesions. In treatment of gingival recessions, coronally advanced flap technique combined with autologous subepithelial connective tissue graft is regarded as “the gold standard”. The aim of the study is to present treatment of multiple gingival recessions with modified coronally advanced flap technique according to Zucchelli and De Sanctis.
