Treatment of traumatic intrusive luxation of permanent teeth with orthodontic repositioning – review of the literature (Part I)

Streszczenie
W pierwszej części artykułu przedstawiono kliniczne i radiologiczne aspekty wtłoczenia zębów stałych na skutek urazu. Przybliżono także problematykę związaną z rodzajem uszkodzeń tkankowych, jakie niesie ze sobą tego rodzaju uraz, oraz opisano najczęstsze powikłania gojenia – zarówno wczesne, jak i późne. Omówiono również współczesne poglądy na temat leczenia intruzji pourazowych.
 
Abstract
In the first part of the article the authors presented clinical and radiological features of traumatic intrusive luxations. The complexity and variety of tissue destruction, as well as immediate and late healing complications, were also discussed. The authors presented the current view on the treatment methods of intrusive luxations.
