Streszczenie
Zastosowanie materiałów kościozastępczych i błon zaporowych umożliwia regenerację ubytków śródkostnych w przyzębiu w zabiegach z zakresu periodontologicznej chirurgii regeneracyjnej. W pracy przedstawiono wyniki kliniczne i radiologiczne leczenia ubytków śródkostnych w tkankach przyzębia z wykorzystaniem kości autogennej w połączeniu z materiałem ksenogennym u pacjentów z agresywnym zapaleniem przyzębia.

Abstract
Application of bone substitutes and barrier membranes enable effective regeneration of intrabony defects in guided tissue regeneration procedure. This study presents clinical and radiological outcomes of the treatment of intraosseous periodontal defects by means of autogenous bone-xenogenic bone substitute mix in the surgical treatment of aggressive periodontitis.
