Streszczenie

Periodontologiczna chirurgia regeneracyjna wykorzystuje różne strategie terapeutyczne. Zastosowanie materiałów kościozastępczych, sterowanej regeneracji tkanek i czynników biologicznych pozwala na skuteczną regenerację ubytków kostnych w przyzębiu oraz defektów w przestrzeniach międzykorzeniowych. W pracy omówiono schematy decyzyjne leczenia ubytków śródkostnych w tkankach przyzębia i furkacjach korzeni zębów wielokorzeniowych na podstawie najnowszych wytycznych w tym zakresie i zobrazowano je przypadkami własnymi.

Summary

Periodontal regenerative surgery uses various therapeutic strategies. The use of bone substitute materials, guided regeneration of tissue and biological factors allow for effective regeneration of bone in the periodontium and interdental bone defects in between the roots. The study describes deciding factors in treatment of interdental defects in the periodontium and multi-rooted root furcations. This was based on the latest developments in this field and on the author’s own material.
