Streszczenie
W pracy przedstawiono przypadek wystąpienia martwicy dziąsła i kości po zastosowaniu pasty paraformaldehydowej do dewitalizacji miazgi zębów 37 i 38 wraz z leczeniem chirurgicznym tego powikłania. Dodatkowo omówiono przegląd piśmiennictwa dotyczącego powikłań po dewitalizacji z lat 2001-2014.
W pracy przedstawiono przypadek wystąpienia martwicy dziąsła i kości po zastosowaniu pasty paraformaldehydowej do dewitalizacji miazgi zębów 37 i 38 wraz z leczeniem chirurgicznym tego powikłania. Dodatkowo omówiono przegląd piśmiennictwa dotyczącego powikłań po dewitalizacji z lat 2001-2014.

Summary
The study describes a case of gingival and bone necrosis after the use of paraformaldehyde paste to devitalize pulp in teeth 37 and 38. The surgical treatment of this complication is described. In addition there is a description of the literature regarding complications after devitalization during the years 2001-2014.
