Blade dental implants with immediate loading after 35 years

Rafał Zieliński, Tomasz Hilt, Maciej Świder

Streszczenie
W pracy przedstawiono opis przypadku usunięcia wszczepu żyletkowego po 35 latach użytkowania. Powodem usunięcia było pojawienie się periimplantitis. Potwierdzono słuszność wykonywania badania obrazowego tomografii komputerowej o wiązce stożkowej (CBCT) przed zabiegami w chirurgii szczękowo-twarzowej.

Hasła indeksowe: wszczepy żyletkowe, periimplantitis, tomografia komputerowa o wiązce stożkowej (CBCT)

Summary
The study describes a case of removal of a blade implant after 35 years. The reason for removal was the apearance of  periimplantitis. Coned beam computed tomography (CBCT) imaging before the maxillofacial surgery confirmed the correctness of the procedure.

Key words: blade dental implants, periimplantitis, cone beam computed tomography (CBCT)
